DROP IN SCUBA      

After you learn to dive it is very important to practice your skills.  Or if you have not been in the water since your last vacation, it would be a good idea to refresh yourself and make sure all your gear is working properly.  

But how do you do that, I am not going to jump into the quarry and sit on the bottom and practice my mask skills !

We agree, however you can come to Underwater Playground any day we are holding class and do a Drop In Scuba. See the Schedule  and pick any classroom session C1 through C6.  Give us a call and schedule your Drop In.  Drop In's are a way to keep you refreshed on all your diving skills.  Grab a tank or if you need everything, we have that too and get wet !  Drop in is without a personal instructor and interference with an ongoing class is frowned upon. We except divers with reservations only and we limit the number of drop in's per class. 

Drop In Fee:  $25.00 which includes gear, tank and weights.  As a added bonus to our customers, if you purchased your Total Diving System (BCD and Regulator set up) from Underwater Playground the cost for a Drop in varies from FREE to $15.00 (depending on the package you purchase) which includes a tank and weight.  We appreciate your support and hope you will take advantage of the Drop In's and blow some bubbles.

REFRESHER CLASSES

Are held once a month.  These classes are designed for the student who has not been in the water in a year or more.  These classes are with an instructor or dive master.  Class begins at 7:00 with a refresher on "Dive Tables" the one thing everyone forgets then we proceed to the pool. where the instructors and dive masters are at your command.  They will work on any skills you need assistance with or refine the sills you already have.  This is a great way to build confidence and practice before your next big dive trip.  The cost of a refresher is $69 and includes gear, tank and weights.  These are scheduled as needed, please call the store.
